Styles and designs can change and are out of our control. These are governed by our suppliers and we will update any changes as they happen.

Xmas Stock is limited – if you require multiple cards/box sets of the same design please contact us first.

If there is a card you know we have in our store that isn’t yet online, please contact us at info@thecardking.com.au and we will add for your shopping convenience.

Shipping Policy

FREE DELIVERY for Australian orders over $60.00. Orders under $60 will incur a postage and handling fee of $6.99. Pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock please allow 3-8 business days for delivery within Australia.

If you require faster delivery please contact us on : info@thecardking.com.au to obtain cost for Express Post or courier services. Registered post is also available.

International Orders

All international orders are to be made via email at info@thecardking.com.au

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will provide you with the details to return them.

Your item must be in it’s original unused condition to be returned. Returns are posted at own cost.

Payment Policy

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include GST. We do accept International orders. Conversion rates are dependent on the credit card provider.

Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express)

Direct Deposit also available –to pay by direct deposit into our bank account, please select the “Direct Bank Deposit” option during checkout procedure. When confirming your order, you will be provided with our bank account information. Please quote your name when making payment into our bank account and e-mail details of your payment to info@thecardking.com.au to verification. Your order will be processed as soon as payment has been received.
